As they try to dodge the fireball Gabumon can get out of the way, but Motimon gets engulfed in fire.

"No! Motimon!" yelled a worried Rachel. She knew digimon were more resilent than humans. They got hit with all sorts of attacks, and only came out of it tired(or reverted in Motimon's case. She still wasn't entirely sure what that was). Yet, that fire attack looked scary, and Motimon was only a pink blob. She doubted he could do much there.
Gabumon made it out of the way in relief, but panted. He was tired from having to run from the Fireball, and wasn't sure how much longer he could last in this battle. Yet, he had to try. For Rachel, for Motimon.
"Blue...Blaster!" he said, in-between pants, hoping to hit again. He wasn't sure if it would do much good, but he wasn't willing to give up quite yet.

Your Blue blaster hits and phases him. As you look for Motimon you see him laying there, limp. But, A white light firers from your digivice, and motimon yells " WARP-DIGIVOLVE!" You see Motimon transform to a 4-Winged blue bug.

What's a warp-digivolve? thought Rachel, watching the entire scene akin with shock. Honestly, she knew she shouldn't be too surprised after earlier, but it was just way too weird.
Gabumon still pants, too exhausted to let off another attack. Motimon, however, looks towards the Greymon, and launches an attack off towards him. "Electro Shocker!" He pelted that off towards the Greymon, while he still had some strength.(at least I think that's the right attack)

The electricity consumes Graymon and he's defeated.
( By the way don't know if I explained this well enough. When you digivolve to champion You go back to Rookie, and once you get enough power you can digivolve to ultimate but go back to rookie afterwards. Kinda like the first season. And why are you set as invisible?)

(Yea. I don't think that was explained yet, but makes sense since I've seen S1. You might want to go write that up though, so people know. And no idea. Felt like it, I guess?)
Whoa, thought Rachel, looking at that huge scene. She couldn't believe that her small pink blob managed to land the finishing blow on that Greymon. She really needed to stop being so surprised, what with everything else that went on here. Yeah. How many times did you already tell yourself that and it didn't happen?
The huge, blue bug got enveloped in the white again, and went down to a smaller, red bug. Great, he gets another new form. I guess like Gabumon did earlier, and how he digi-reverted when we first defeated him, she thought, glad that something at least made a bit of sense.
"Well, guys, you did it," she thought. "And that was amazing, Motimon."
"It's Tentomon now," said the bug digimon. "The blue form you saw earlier was called Kabuterimon." Right, she thought. There goes the whole different name thing again.
"Right, well that was still amazing. And Gabumon," she said, "you did great too. You both did such a good job."

Lisa, Dorumon, and Gomamon walked in to the arena.
"Battle time!" Dorumon said with excitement.
Gomamon did a somersault and prepared for battle, "Let's have some fun!" he said.
"Let's go!" Lisa said.
The three walked into the arena, waiting for their opponents to appear.

When you walk in you see a tamer with a Lunamon and a Coronamon. " Battle start"

Dorumon charged at the Coronamon, "Take this!". He used Metal Cannon on the digimon.
Gomamon somersaulted and then clawed at the Lunamon. "Face the CLAW!"
Lisa watched her Digimon attempt at attacking the other Digimon while observing the other tamer.

The metal cannon hits coronamon right in the face. But Lunamon dodges the Claw. " Lunar Claw!" And Gomamon falls and doesn't move. Coronamon is still recovering from the metal cannon.

Dorumon in a fury of seeing a comrade hurt, attacks the Coronamon again but uses Hyper Dash Metal.
"Don't mess with me or Gomamon! Got it?" he roars.

As he roars, A white light envelopes him, and a new creature stands in his place.

"Another digivolution?" Lisa said in awe, jaw dropped.
The new creature, Dorugamon stood in place of the Dorumon and glanced sideways at the Lunamon.
"I'll take care of you later. First, the Coronoamon goes." It slashed at the Rookie Digimon.
