Rachel glared at the guy, while looking at her surroundings. She still didn't trust him at all, but saw the necessity of at least putting up with him for the time being. This whole new world was just weird, and she had a lot of ground to cover with it.
She sat down on the ground, and shifted her digimon, so he was lying on her lap. It might be silly, but she felt better if her and her digimon stayed together. After all, I still don't know what's going on here, or if this is some kind of trap.
Would enemies really let their opponents recover though? Rachel would normally say no, but they already established that this world didn't seem to be all that logical. That, and there was always the possibility that this guy was trying to lull them into a false sense of security. Well, she wasn't going to be secure anytime soon, just go along with it, until she had a reason not to.
Rachel began stroking her digimon's new fur, still a bit astonished that he managed to change forms like that during the battle. "I hope you're okay," she whispered, not wanting to lose her companion here.

Rachel watched as her digimon opened her eyes, and woke up. "Tsunomon, you're okay," she said, happily hugging her digimon. "You worried me so much when you changed form and fainted."
Her digimon turned to look at her, and grinned. "I'm fine, Rachel. It's perfectly normal for digimon to get tired after a tough battle. Though my name is Gabumon now."
Gabumon? questioned Rachel. Does shape-changing necessitate a new name or something? She tried to wrap her mind around that concept, but it was hard to do. She couldn't imagine getting a new name for herself. "Well, okay," she said, deciding to just go along with it. "Gabumon, then. Anyway, we're here for the time being, but I'm honestly not sure what's going on here yet."
"You never know what's going on, silly human," replied Gabumon, amused at her cluelessness. "You always act shocked at every single normal thing that pops up."
"Normal for you maybe," Rachel muttered under her breath. She personally didn't consider talking creatures that could change form normal, but she supposed she had to get used to it.

Dorumon rested even though he didn't need much resting due to the fact that he was inactive most of the battle due to the webs. Gomamon was so energetic and eager to get going though because of his digivolution.
"Yea! You feeling ok, Gabumon?" Gomamon said playing in the water.
"Your tamer sometimes doesn't know a thing... You humans are weird!" Dorumon said laughing.
"Well you Digimon are weird too, considering that this is my first day here..." Lisa muttered.
"Well... being weird, is good isn't it?" Dorumon said. "It makes us all unique and different. It's what makes you humans funny and able to be tamers!"
Lisa shrugged her shoulders at the comment, and watched Gomamon play in the water with fish in happiness.

"I'm fine," replied Gabumon, getting up from Rachel's lap. He ran towards Dorumon and Gomamon happily. He really liked Lisa's digimon, as they made good company. "Though yea, my human is weird." Gabumon shook his head. "But really, in the end, despite everything, she's still my human. We're there for eachother in the end.
Rachel really didn't like the fact that Tsu...er, Gabumon just called her weird. She couldn't bring herself to be too mad though, considering she used the same adjective to describe her digimon. Though maybe it wasn't so much weirdness as...a different way of life. The digital world and real world were just different, so it was expected that surprises would pop-up.
Despite that though, he really cares for me, thought Rachel, touched at his words. That's so sweet. Rachel barely had anyone that actually wanted to be there for her before. It was a new feeling, but one she liked. Hopefully their bond would continue throughout everything.
"Yes," said Gabumon, after Dorumon's comment. "I suppose weird is good, since Rachel's good, despite her weirdness." Rachel smiled at that, even though she still didn't like being called weird.

"Mhm..." Gomamon agreed, then jumping out of the water and saying good bye to his fishy friends.
"We should get going..." Dorumon suggested since he was feeling good. Even though eager to go he asked, "Gabumon, you ok enough to come too?"
Lisa chipped in, "If you don't, we can wait longer... We're not in much of a rush."
"Yup." Gomamon agreed with Lisa and did a somersault.

" You guys ready to get going? Ok follow me." You continue through the forest and you start to here a faint buzzing. As you turn your head you start to here trees falling. You look and see a giant MegaKabuterimon (Red) flying at you!

"A gigantic red beetle that looks hostile and seems to be charging at us extremely fast..." Lisa analyzed, but didn't look very intimidated because she believed that with the help of Rachel, Devan, and all the Digimon that they could defeat it.
"C'mon! Let's get rid of this beetle!" Dorumon said, and then charged and shouted, "METAL CANNON!"
Gomamon jumped out of the water, doing a somersault and smirking as he said, "Flying Fishes!" Fish out of a stream start jumping out of the water at the flying beetle.
"Go and hit him, Gabumon! Show us your power!" Dorumon smirked.
Gomamon told Wormmon and Veemon, "Don't miss out on the fun! Why don't you join in the battle?"
"Allies for this battle?" Lisa said, asking Devan, and smiling.

Rachel glared at the stupid guy, as he led them through the forest. Gabumon seemed quite content to run after him like nothing was wrong, but Rachel kept keeping the eye on the stupid guy.
Suddenly, a huge digimon jumped at them, and Rachel immediately turned on the stupid guy. "You set us up, didn't you?" she yelled. "You led us here unpurpose, knowing very well that this bug was here!" Realistically, she knew that they could accidentally run into digimon(as they did before), but she was just a bit too angry at the whole situation.
"Don't worry, Rachel," said Gabumon, "I can fight, despite what happened earlier." Honestly, Gabumon didn't feel in top shape, but he didn't want to tell Rachel that. "Blue Blaster!" he yelled, aiming at the MegaKabuterimon.

" I Didn't know honestly! Wormmon, Veemon Attack!" " Silk thread" Sharp thread fires from Wormmon mouth at MegaKabuterimon. "Vee-HeadButt!" As Veemon Charges at MegaKabuterimon.
With All the attacks fired at him MegaKabuterimon get's fazed.

Rachel shrugged. Well, the weird guy was at least helping them defeat that giant bug, so maybe he was serious? She shook the thoughts out of her head. You can think about that guy later. Just concentrate on the battle now, stupid.
It's working! she thought, as all the combined attacks fazed the giant bug. She honestly wasn't sure if all their digimon could handle something that big, but they did. "Gabumon, attack it again, while it's still fazed."
"I'll try," said Gabumon, shakily getting up. He aimed another blue blaster at the MegaKabuterimon, hoping that they'd be able to defeat the guy soon.

"This bug is going to be gone soon!" Gomamon sai laughing.
"Wasn't too hard, eh?" Dorumon said smirking.
"Power comes in numbers!" Lisa said.
"And so Gabumon is ready for the final attack for the KO!" Gomamon said imitting a boxing announcer.

With the constant attacks on MegaKabuterimon, you see it dissipate, and in it's place is a small pink blob. "Hi, I'm Motimon." It says.

What the... thought Rachel again, as a small pink blob emerged in place of the giant bug thing. Is this another instance of form-changing? And why is something that just attacked us now being friendly?
Then Rachel remembered the other instance in which they were attacked by something that later turned friendly. Okay, apparently this is another completely normal thing for the digimon world, she concluded. Noted.
"Uh...Hi Motimon," said Rachel, still being cautious. Gabumon, thinking similar thoughts, went in front of Rachel in a protective manner. "What happened?" she asked, hoping the Motimon didn't think it was a weird question.

"oh, what happened there was called a digi-revert. That happens when us digimon are high power and get deleted, we revert to our In-Training form. You are strong" pointing to Gabumon " I wish to join you." Asking Rachel.
